Michael
Michael joined Elder in April 2021 and has continued to go above and beyond since. He has provided 68 weeks of care through our platform and is currently on the top tier of our loyalty programme.

If you had to describe your carer in just three words, what would they be?
“Caring. Adaptable. Competent.”
“Michael is kind and patient with my father-in-law [Stephen]. He makes a real effort to be part of the family and encourages Stephen to see his relatives as much as possible. He cooks good food and takes good personal care of Stephen.
Michael cuts my father-in-law’s hair and makes sure he is well-dressed. He communicates well with the family and enjoys being with us all. He takes real pride in doing a good job.
We are very grateful to him for his patience and care of Stephen.”
