“We had a tough CMR who had initially requested Rahma to attend on Christmas eve. The CMR eventually cancelled after us(Elder) and the carer, Rahma, tried hard to organise getting care in place on Christmas Eve. Rahma remained positive and friendly throughout. We then had an emergency placement on Christmas day for another CMR. Rahma dropped everything she was doing and managed to arrange transport from Leicester, and she arrived the same day.
This was her first placement with Elder; she was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the matching, screening and sign-off process.”
