I started receiving care in 2020 and have had various experiences, but I started looking for other options recently. I found the Elder website very quickly - it was attractive and professional; plus, I appreciated that I could start organising the care through the computer quickly and logically. I also liked that you highlighted the perks and benefits you offer carers, and I wanted to choose a company that cares for the well-being of the carers.
I'm happy with Elder. When I was choosing a carer, I was able to choose from three, and I received a video from each one, talking about themselves and their experience.
I chose my carer Grace because she'd suit my personality best, I enjoy talking to people, and she seemed like she would be easy to speak with.
I have had no problems with Elder's process or communication, and my carer Grace is very good, and you treat her and other carers better than most care agencies - I would give my whole experience with Elder a 9 out of 10.
